THE FAST TRACK FAST CASH – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers using The Fast Track Fast Cash service. By sending items to us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Overview
The Fast Track Fast Cash service allows you to send us clothing items which we sell live on Whatnot. You receive a percentage of each successfully sold item.
Pay-outs are issued the same day an item is sold.
2. Sending Your Items
By sending a parcel to us, you confirm that:

All items belong to you

You have full legal right to sell the items
-
Items are authentic and not counterfeit
-
Items are clean, washed, and in sellable condition
-
Items match the description you provide on the submission form
We reserve the right to reject or remove any items from sale at our discretion.
3. Items We Do Not Accept
We do not accept:
-
Soiled, unwashed, or stained items
-
Damaged items (unrepairable holes, broken zips, extreme bobbling)
-
Counterfeit or replica items
-
Stolen goods
-
Underwear, socks, nightwear, or swimwear
-
Items with strong odours (smoke, damp, pets, perfume)
-
Children’s clothing (unless pre-approved)
-
Footwear in poor condition
-
Low-value unbranded fast fashion
4. Unsellable Items
If items are deemed unsellable, you will be contacted with two options:

Return shipment (postage fee applies)

Donation to charity
If you do not respond within 7 days, items may be donated.
5. Pricing & Sale Decisions
You agree that:

All pricing decisions are made by The Fast Track team
-
Items are sold at live-auction market value
-
We may bundle items to maximise sales
-
We may set minimum or maximum prices based on condition
We always aim to achieve the best sale results.
6. Commission Structure
You receive a percentage of the final sale price:

£5–£20 sale → 40% to you

£20–£50 sale → 50% to you
-
£50+ sale → 60% to you
Commission is deducted automatically before pay-out.
7. Pay-outs
You will be paid the same day your item sells (excluding rare delays from payment providers).
Pay-outs are sent via:
-
Bank transfer
-
PayPal
-
Other approved payment methods
You are responsible for ensuring all pay-out details are correct.
We are not liable for pay-outs sent to incorrect details you provide.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit to us.
Please use tracked and insured postage when sending items.
Once your parcel arrives and is checked in, the items are covered under our handling process.
9. Returns & Refunds
Because this is a consignment service:

You cannot request items back once they have sold

You cannot change pricing after an item has gone live

No refunds are provided for the service
10. Authentication & Counterfeit Items
If any item is suspected to be counterfeit:

It will be removed from sale immediately
-
You will be contacted
-
The item may be destroyed or returned at your cost
-
Repeated offences may result in being banned from the service
We comply with counterfeit protection legislation.
11. Abandoned Items
If items remain unsellable, unclaimed, or unresolved after 30 days, they may be:

Donated to charity
-
Recycled
-
Disposed of
without further notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Postal delays
-
Items lost before arriving to us
-
Losses due to incorrect pay-out details
-
Customer dissatisfaction with prices achieved in live auctions
Our responsibility begins only once your parcel is signed for and checked in.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the service means you accept the latest version.
