We process and package all orders from our UK based warehouse.

All orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends) though more often than not we dispatch same day.

You will receive a confirmation emails from us once we dispatch your order.

All items are shipped from the UK and delivery time is as follows:

• STANDARD - UK 2-5 WORKING DAYS
• UPS EXPRESS - NEXT DAY SERVICE

Note that the above time frames are approximate and during busier times such as christmas, packages might take a little longer to arrive. Working Days include Monday to Friday.
